  1. $S$ is the aunt of $R-$ It may be false as $S$ can also be the uncle.
  2. $S$ is the aunt of $T-$ It ${\color{Red} {\text{must }}}$be false, because $S$ either father of $T$ or mother of $T.$
  3. $S$ is the sister-in-law of $Q-$ It may be false as $S$ can be brother-in-law too.
  4. $S$ is the brother of $P-$ It may be false as $S$ can be sister too.

So, the correct answer is $(B).$

I would like to explain the comment of  @Ram Swaroop :

WHAT DO WE MEAN WHEN WE SAY "RESPECTIVELY"

example : This BLUE pen and RED pen belongs to RAM and SHAM respectively. Will mean (BLUE,RAM) and (RED,SHAM) are related.

similarily

R and T are the children of the siblings P and S respectively.

will mean (R,P) and (T,S) are related such that R is the child of P and T is the child of S.

so S is the mother /father of T.

thus the statemant (B) is the false one.
